Appointment Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by Patient

✔ 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments Cancelled with sufficient notice will be eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid fees.

✔ Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Appointments Cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund. However, we may consider rescheduling the appointment without additional charges.
Cancellation by the Clinic
✔ If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund of any pre-paid fees.
Non-Refundable Services
- ✔ Completed Services: Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed, including but not limited to consultations, dental procedures, and treatments.
- ✔ No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided for any pre-paid fees.
Special Cases
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund outside of the standard policy. In such cases, please contact us at subhajitp001@gmail.com to discuss your situation. Refunds in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
